Our team has expertise in a diverse range of projects, including aquatic facilities, public works, banks, recreational facilities, and municipal buildings.
James A. Leppert
President/Director of Construction Services
Since joining IPRM in 2000 as Director of Construction Services, Jim Leppert has made client services a priority, and is personally involved in each of our projects. Jim is a talented mathematician, and directs ICS’s cost estimating and project budgeting functions. He brings an in-depth technical knowledge of construction as well as significant aquatic expertise.
Jim is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering Technology, with minors in Mathematics and Physics
Scott C. Schroeder
Project Superintendent
Scott has a wealth of experience working as a Project Superintendent for IPRM. His knowledge of construction Best Practices and excellent coordination and communication on the front line of construction has been an invaluable asset to our projects. IPRM sought him out after we had worked for him for years as a Project Manager with a local general trades contractor. When he has time, he golfs, is a novice wood turner and an amateur winemaker.
Cindy A. Cassata
Project Assistant/Accountant
Cindy has worn many hats at IPRM, as she has been with the firm for over 24 years. She is currently the Accounting Manager and also applies her gift for numbers and organizational skills as a Project Assistant for our aquatic, recreation, municipal and specialty projects.
Her educational background is in general studies and business with an emphasis in accounting. She is a life long learner as well as dynamic in her skills so she’s always mastering new skills and software for our firm.
Andrea E. Leppert
Business Development/Project Assistant
Andrea works a diverse position managing marketing tools (development and maintenance of website, brochure and marketing plan) along with business outreach, public relations and relationship development with current and potential clients.
She also helps with project support as a project assistant including attending projects meetings, taking minutes, submittals and other project tasks as needed.
Andrea has a Masters Degree in Communication and is pursuing certification in Graphic Design.

A. Tyler McGuire
Construction Management Intern
Tyler was a construction management intern for 2015. He is now a Junior at Northern Michigan University located in Marquette, MI, studying Construction Management. He has worked summers both with different trades such as a custom cabinet company and a flooring/tile contractor.
He was a highly recommended student and employee who assisted with bid development, estimating, contractor communication and on site observation and supervision. We wish him luck for his Junior and Senior years at NMU.
